Delivery to Mainland UK - £5.50
For all UK deliveries off Mainland UK eg. Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Highlands and Islands of Scotland please call 01664 454 839 or email us at enquiries@smilnerandson.com before placing an order as these areas incur an extra delivery charge of £14.50 (total delivery £20).
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Should shipping costs be higher than that shown on your order when completed at checkout we will notify you by email/telephone prior to despatch.

Delivery Times:
All items must be signed for on delivery. Delivery will be either by Royal Mail / Parcel Force or courier and we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Please check the condition of the parcel before you sign for it. If any goods are missing or damaged please inform us immediately and make sure this is signed accordingly.
We aim to dispatch goods the day after they are ordered, and delivery is normally within 5 working days. During very busy periods this may not always be possible. If your order comprises several items, some of which are not in stock, we will give you the option of split deliveries or one delivery when all items are in stock.
